Return & Exchange Policy

AoN-Branded Merchandise 

Select AoN-branded products such as our coffee-table books, tote bags, and small goods marked “AoN”—may be returned for a refund or store credit.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Return window: Within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Unused, undamaged, in original packaging; books must be unopened/shrink-wrap intact.

  • Proof of purchase required.

  • Exclusions: Signed/numbered editions, clearance items, and any item showing wear; shipping/customs/insurance are non-refundable.

How to return

  1. Request: Email orders@artisansofnations.com within 14 days. You must include your Order #, paid receipt, and the issue. 

  2. Ship back: Send the item within 7 days.

  3. Inspection: Upon receipt, allow 2–3 business days for inspection and approval.

  4. Refund initiation: If approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  5. Bank posting: Your bank/card typically posts funds within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by issuer and country).

  6. Confirmation: You’ll receive an email once the refund is processed.

For defective or wrong items received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Why we don’t accept returns

  • Each artwork is unique; once it’s in your care, it can’t be resold as new.

  • Our QA team inspects, documents, and condition-reports every piece before it leaves the studio or gallery.

  • We pack to museum standards to protect the work in transit.

Before you purchase

  • Please review all photos, videos, dimensions, materials, and condition notes.

  • Color may vary slightly by screen; request additional images or videos if needed.

  • For originals and commissions, deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • Framing, shipping, customs, and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Order changes & cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are placed. All sales are final.

Damaged in transit (the only exception)

If your artwork arrives with visible carrier damage:

  1. Photograph the packaging and artwork immediately (all sides), keep all packing materials, and do not discard the box.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

  3. We’ll file a carrier/insurer claim and coordinate repair. If repair is not feasible, we will offer an equivalent replacement only if available. If no replacement exists (e.g., a unique original) and the claim is approved, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Claims reported after 48 hours, or without required photos/packing, may be denied by the carrier.

Non-returnable/non-exchangeable items (always)

  • Original artworks, limited editions, commissions

  • Gift cards, digital products, discounted/promotional items

  • Shipping, handling, customs, and insurance fees

Every piece passes a condition report and packaging checklist before shipment. If you have any questions prior to purchase, we’re happy to help with additional details to ensure confidence at checkout.
